Refund Policy

At U2L.AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your plan, we offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund policy. Please review the details below based on your plan type.
1. Recurring Plans (Monthly and Annual)
If you are on a monthly or annual subscription plan, you are eligible for a no-questions-asked refund on a pro-rata basis.
- You may request a refund at any time during your active billing period
- The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the unused portion of your current billing cycle
- For example, if you are on a monthly plan and cancel halfway through the month, you will receive a refund for the remaining unused days
- No questions asked — simply contact us and we will process the refund
2. Lifetime Plans
If you purchased a lifetime plan, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase
- After the 30-day window, lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable
- No questions asked within the 30-day period
3. Free Plans
Our free plan is available at no cost. Since no payment is made, no refund is applicable. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply send an email to support@u2l.ai with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- The plan you wish to cancel and receive a refund for
- Date of purchase (for lifetime plans)
5. Processing Timeline
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Account Status After Refund
After a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. Your existing links, QR codes, and bio pages will remain active, but features exclusive to paid plans will no longer be accessible. Your data will not be deleted.
