By accessing or using U2L.AI ("Service"), operated by U2L.AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

U2L.AI is a link management platform that provides URL shortening, QR code generation, link-in-bio pages, click analytics, custom domains, UTM tracking, A/B testing, deep linking, and related services. The Service is available through our website at u2l.ai, our API, and any associated applications.

3. Account Registration

Some features of the Service require an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

Links created through U2L.AI must not direct to content that:

  • Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful software
  • Promotes phishing or credential harvesting
  • Facilitates illegal activities, including drug trafficking or arms dealing
  • Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Promotes terrorism or violent extremism
  • Violates export control or sanctions regulations

We reserve the right to disable any link, suspend any account, or take other appropriate action — without prior notice — if we determine, in our sole discretion, that content violates these Terms. Content involving illegal activity, child exploitation, malware, phishing, or violent threats will be removed immediately upon detection and may be reported to law enforcement authorities. We employ automated safety systems to proactively detect and prevent prohibited content.

6. Plans and Billing

U2L.AI offers free and paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Paid plans may be billed monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are subject to change with notice. For details on refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and content, is owned by U2L.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create or share through the Service, including your links, QR codes, and bio pages. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT, ACCURACY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, U2L.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO U2L.AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless U2L.AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
