What Should Be Reported?

We take abuse seriously. Please report any U2L.AI link (u2l.ai or custom domain) that directs to:

  • Phishing: Fake login pages or sites designed to steal credentials, personal information, or financial details
  • Malware: Pages that distribute viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software
  • Scams and fraud: Fraudulent schemes, fake giveaways, or deceptive content designed to trick users
  • Spam: Links distributed in bulk through unsolicited messages or comments
  • Illegal content: Content that violates applicable laws, including child exploitation material, drug trafficking, or weapons sales
  • Harassment and threats: Content targeting individuals with abuse, threats, doxxing, or intimidation
  • Hate speech: Content promoting violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Copyright infringement: Links to pirated content or material that violates intellectual property rights
  • Impersonation: Links or bio pages impersonating another person, brand, or organization

How to Report

To report an abusive link, send an email to support@u2l.ai with the following information:

  • The U2L.AI link: The full short URL (e.g., u2l.ai/abc123) you are reporting
  • Type of abuse: A brief description of what the link contains (phishing, malware, spam, etc.)
  • Additional context: Any screenshots, original messages where the link was found, or other evidence that may help our investigation
  • Your contact information: An email address where we can follow up if needed (optional but helpful)

What Happens After You Report?

Once we receive your report:

  • We will review the reported link within 24 hours
  • If the link violates our Terms of Service, it will be immediately disabled
  • The account associated with the link may be suspended or terminated
  • In cases involving illegal content, we may report the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities
  • We may contact you for additional information if necessary

Copyright / DMCA Notices

If you believe a U2L.AI link infringes on your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to support@u2l.ai including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
  • The U2L.AI link that allegedly infringes on your copyright
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature
