Do I earn on renewals?+
Yes. You earn 40% on every monthly and yearly renewal for as long as the customer keeps paying.
How long does the referral cookie last?+
60 days. If someone clicks your link and buys a plan within 60 days, the sale is credited to you.
Do lifetime plans count?+
Yes. You earn 40% of the one-time price the customer pays.
Is it free to join?+
Yes. Joining the U2L AI affiliate program is free. By joining, you agree to the program terms.
Do I need a U2L AI plan to join?+
No. Your partner account at partners.u2l.ai is separate from your U2L AI account, so you can join without a paid plan.
Where do I get my referral link?+
In your partner dashboard at partners.u2l.ai, right after you sign up. The dashboard also shows your referrals and commissions.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?+
The commission for that sale is reversed.
When is my commission approved?+
After a 30-day hold, so refunded sales can be reversed.
How and when do I get paid?+
We pay approved commissions once a month in USD via PayPal, once your balance reaches $50.
How do I set up payouts?+
Add your PayPal details under Payout settings in your partner dashboard at partners.u2l.ai, so your payouts aren't delayed.
