Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining the Program

• Joining is free.
• We may approve or decline any application, and remove any affiliate from the Program.
• You must keep the information in your partner account at partners.u2l.ai accurate.

2. Commission

• You earn 40% recurring commission on every payment for a U2L AI plan made by a customer you refer, for as long as they keep paying, while the Program and your affiliate account are active.
• A customer counts as your referral when they buy within 60 days of clicking your referral link. If they click more than one affiliate's link, the most recent click gets the credit.
• Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays, after any discounts. For lifetime plans, you earn 40% of the one-time price paid.

3. Approval, refunds and chargebacks

• Commissions are held for 30 days before they are approved.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission for that payment is reversed.

4. Payouts

• Approved commissions are paid once a month in USD via PayPal, once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances carry over to the next month.
• You must add your PayPal details under Payout settings in your partner dashboard. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by missing or incorrect payout details.

5. Promotion rules

You may promote U2L AI on websites, social media, email, search and mobile. You may not:

• Refer yourself, or accounts you own or control.
• Bid on "U2L", "U2L AI" or similar brand terms in paid search ads.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Offer cash back, rewards or other incentives for clicks, signups or purchases.
• Pass your link to sub-affiliates or other networks (rebrokering).
• Make false or misleading claims about U2L AI, or present yourself as U2L AI.
• Promote U2L AI in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the platform you use.

6. Breaking these terms

• If you break these terms, we may remove you from the Program immediately and cancel any unpaid commissions.

7. Changes and ending the Program

• We may change these terms, the commission rate or the Program with 30 days' notice, by email or in your partner dashboard. Staying in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept it.
• We may end the Program, or your participation in it, with 30 days' notice. You may leave the Program at any time.
• When the Program or your participation ends, we pay approved commissions on customer payments made before the end date, within 60 days after the 30-day hold. No commission is earned on payments made after the end date, including renewals.

8. Taxes

• You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your commissions.

9. Our relationship

• You take part as an independent affiliate. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent or partner of U2L AI.
